Improve ROAS & targeting on paid channels leveraging all customer data points

TeePublic was looking to utilize more of their first party data within their social and ad networks in order to improve their ROAS and targeting capabilities. Simon enabled TeePublic to layer in email interaction data into paid social audiences. This maximized re-engagement incrementality by allocating more budget to those less active in email or unsubscribed.

Automate behaviorally triggered sequences for critical customer journeys

Havenly defined a complex customer journey map and built targeted messaging dependent on what was needed during the onboarding process. Simon utilized event stream data to determine where in the funnel each user had stopped which allows Havenly to provide targeted messaging based on where in the funnel someone dropped, rather than generic content. This helped Havenly improve abandonment conversion via rich personalization capabilities.

Optimize personalization through experimentation with channel preferences and dynamic content

Casper was looking to increase customer engagement post-purchase and so they redesigned their post purchase journey to consider six different versions of the product care touch point. Casper partnered with Simon to create a product hierarchy. Simon coded content blocks to output the top two products from a given order. This helped Casper reduce effort to build this logic in SFMC while creating a more personalized customer journey.

Improve abandoned cart experience with granular segmentation and data-enabled messaging capabilities

Vimeo was looking to deploy a more rich abandoned cart experience with their customers and needed a more comprehensive tool​​. Vimeo decided to use Simon to track and store previous customer actions to send more specific abandonment campaigns, (i.e. tried to create a video, failed on that page, doesn't have Vimeo pro, etc). This helped Vimeo turn abandoned cart products into purchased products with additional customized recommendations for upsell opportunities.
