Slingshot Ahead is a program funded by the University of Chicago, Techstars, and Carnegie Mellon University that matches Gen Z coding prodigies with jobs at startups.
Our AI engine identifies students who start coding for fun in elementary school and are better than a mid-career developer by the time they enter college. Then we pass them through technical and behavioral interviews as well as startup-specific professional training.
Our students are looking for salaries of around $15 per/hour at companies where they can gain experience and receive strong college recommendations.
