butter LONDON hired The Woods & Co in March 2016 to emphasize their pure, posh and playful collections to stand out in the competitive nail and cosmetics industries. Widely known in nails, The Woods & Co has further promoted the line’s cosmetic products and lacquers through clutter-breaking media outreach. Throughout the year, we helped launch numerous groundbreaking products including Glazen Eye Gloss, Sheer Wisdom Lush Lip Oil and Sheer Wisdom Serum Shadow, to name a few. Within less than a year, The Woods & Co secured top tier placements within broadcast, print and online outlets, resulting in a PR value over $3 billion. Surya Brasil // Leader in Natural, Organic and Vegan Cosmetics

Surya Brasil hired The Woods & Co in November 2015 to showcase their all-natural, organic, vegan products, highlighting ingredients from the Amazonian Rainforest. Harking to the brand’s eco-conscious roots, family values and foundation of sustainability, The Woods & Co developed a grassroots strategy and media plan to position Surya Brasil as the foremost organic authority in the beauty space, including identifying synergistic collaborations at NYC Vegetarian Food Festival, Wanderlust and Earth Day in Union Square. The Woods & Co secured top-tier media placements for Surya Brasil on The Doctors and in NEW YOU, Parents, Organic Spa, Woman’s World, Pregnancy & Newborn, Curve, Spirituality & Health Magazine, Gold Coast, Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide, SOHO NYC and more. Mad Hippie // Natural Solutions for Skin

The Portland-based, all-natural skincare line, founded by a self-proclaimed ‘hippie’ husband and wife, has quickly come to be adored by the press, social media influencers and celebrities. Since 2014, The Woods & Co has employed everything from traditional media tactics, such as creative pitch angles and editor desksides, to celebrity makeup artist and influencer outreach to launch the brand and promote its charitable initiatives including their annual Earth Day promotion and ongoing donations to The Wildlife Conservation Network. As a result of these ongoing efforts, The Woods & Co secured coverage in top-tier print and digital outlets including InStyle, ESSENCE, Woman’s Day, Cosmopolitan.com, PopSugar and many more. Farmaesthetics // Fine Herbal Skincare from the Farm

Farmaesthetics contracted The Woods & Co in September 2015 to promote their decade-old, sustainable and natural beauty line, founded on the principles of time-tested herbal remedies. Harnessing the brand’s apothecary-like feel, farm-fresh formulations and gregarious founder, The Woods & Co developed media and influencer-facing strategies to position the not widely-known line as a forerunner in an increasingly crowded space. Utilizing both traditional and untraditional tactics, the forward-thinking approach resulted in scores of top-tier media placements and a PR value over $98 million in just over a year. We employed the same strategy to cultivate a relationship with the Saks Fifth Avenue buyers, which resulted in achieving a retail presence.

Le Mieux // Rediscover Perfect Skin

The Woods & Co was hired in September 2014 to drive awareness for the Le Mieux brand and to support the launch of its breakthrough at-home facial device, Skin Perfecter. Meaning “the best” in French, we’ve set out to prove the brand as such, generating buzz for Le Mieux’s hyaluronic acid base and unique delivery technology, as well as founder and CEO Janel Luu as a leading formulator in the field. By utilizing our relationships, Le Mieux has been introduced to and become a favorite of New York City’s top doctors, dermatologists and estheticians. This fall, we secured a sponsorship for Le Mieux during New York Fashion Week. Through extensive media outreach, facial treatments and events, The Woods & Co has secured top tier media reviews, including InStyle, Marie Claire, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Cosmopolitan for Latinas, PopSugar and The Huffington Post, as well as a segment on the national morning show the TODAY Show.

2XU // Compression, Fitness & Workout Gear

Australian based 2XU (“Two Times You”), one of the world's leading manufacturers of athletic compression gear, hired The Woods & Co in October 2013 to increase consumer awareness in the USA. By devising a multi-pronged strategy that ensured editors from a broad spectrum of categories not only were sent lookbooks, but also invited to quarterly work out classes to experience the functionality of the gear, we were able to garner over $25 million in media coverage in just under two years. 2XU has since become one of the go-to athletic wear brands, for both style and technology, in the editorial world, and have been featured in top tier press including TODAY Show, SELF, Men’s Health, Shape, Health, Women’s Health, Vogue.com, Women’s Wear Daily, Refinery 29, Runner’s World, and more. To further their global expansion, LVMH recently funded the brand with a multi-million dollar investment proposition.
